CourtPOS

Padel Club Management Software

Run the whole club, not just the calendar

Bookings are one part of running a padel club. CourtPOS also handles the front desk, your staff, tournaments, coaching, and the financial reports that tell you how the club is actually doing.

Everything beyond the booking

Front-desk POS

Racket rental, balls, drinks, and walk-in court sales rung up from the same screen your staff already use for bookings.

Staff accounts & permissions

Give each staff member their own login, scoped to what they need — front-desk sales, refunds, or full admin access.

Tournaments & leagues

Run brackets, ladders, and open formats like Americano or Mexicano tournaments on top of your regular court schedule.

Coaching & classes

Schedule coach-led clinics and recurring classes, and charge for them through the same POS as everything else.

Financial reporting

See revenue by court, by product category, and by membership — reconciled automatically against payments received.

Multi-location support

Standardize pricing and reporting across every club location while keeping each site's schedule independent (Business tier).

How clubs run on CourtPOS day to day

Monthly Americano tournament

A club runs a recurring open-format Americano tournament — CourtPOS handles registration, court allocation, and payment collection alongside regular bookings.

Coach-led beginner clinics

A resident coach runs a recurring Saturday clinic — attendees are charged automatically through the same system as walk-in POS sales.

End-of-month reconciliation

An owner checks one report to see court revenue, racket and drink sales, and membership income for the month — no spreadsheet required.

Frequently asked questions

Can I run padel tournaments through CourtPOS?
Yes — tournaments and leagues are included from the Business plan, supporting brackets, ladders, and open formats such as Americano and Mexicano.
How do staff accounts work?
Each staff member gets their own login with permissions scoped to their role — for example, front-desk sales without access to financial reports or settings.
Does this replace my accounting software?
CourtPOS gives you financial reports built for a padel club (revenue by court, product, and membership) — it makes reconciling with general accounting software much easier, but it isn't a replacement for one.
Is this different from "reservation software"?
Reservation software is about the booking flow itself. Club management software is everything else running the business — POS, staff, tournaments, and reporting. See Padel Booking Software for the full breakdown of how the three padel pages relate.
