Player information: names, contact details, and booking history, entered by a club or by a player using the booking page or app.

Payment information: processed by our payment provider — CourtPOS does not store full card numbers.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected automatically to keep the product working and to improve it.

To provide the core service — reservations, payments, POS, memberships, and reporting.

To send transactional communications: booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, and account notices.

To provide support and respond to inquiries.

To improve the product, understand usage patterns, and maintain security.
