CourtPOS

Mobile App

Booking and payments, in your players' pockets

Every plan gives players mobile booking and payments. Business and Enterprise clubs go further with their own branded app, under their own name, on the App Store and Google Play.

What's included

Shared CourtPOS app (Starter & Professional)

Players find your club inside the shared CourtPOS app to book, pay, and manage their reservations — similar in spirit to how a marketplace booking app works across many clubs.

Branded PWA (Professional, optional)

An installable home-screen web app with your own icon and name — a lightweight branding step that doesn't require an app store submission.

Your own branded app (Business & Enterprise)

A native iOS and Android app built on the same CourtPOS platform, published under your club's own name and icon on your own App Store and Google Play listings.

Push notifications

Booking confirmations, reminders, and club announcements reach players directly on their phone (Business & Enterprise).

Why it matters

Players book without calling

Mobile booking and payment reduce front-desk phone traffic for routine bookings.

Your brand, on Business and Enterprise

A native app under your own club name builds a direct relationship with players — not a shared marketplace listing.

One platform underneath

Whichever mobile experience your plan includes, it's built on the same booking, payments and membership data as the rest of CourtPOS.

How it works

  1. 1

Starter & Professional: nothing to set up

Players already find your club inside the shared CourtPOS app once your booking page is live.

  2. 2

Business & Enterprise: create your developer accounts

Apple requires your club — not CourtPOS — to own the App Store listing for a branded app. You'll create your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts and invite CourtPOS as a technical collaborator to publish builds. We walk you through it.

  3. 3

We build and submit your app

Once your developer accounts are set up, we build and submit your branded app under your club's name.

Frequently asked questions

Do all plans get their own app store listing?
No — only Business and Enterprise get a branded app with its own App Store and Google Play listing under the club's name. Starter and Professional players use the shared CourtPOS app.
Why does my club need its own developer account?
Apple's App Store guidelines require the business an app is actually for — not a template provider like CourtPOS — to own the listing for a white-labeled app. This is standard practice for white-label SaaS mobile apps; we guide you through setting up the accounts.
What happens to the app if we cancel our subscription?
Because your club owns the App Store listing, CourtPOS can't remove it unilaterally. Your subscription's terms define a grace period and what happens to backend access — the app will show a clear message rather than crash if access ends.
