- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — Starter and Professional include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Business and Enterprise are demo-gated because onboarding (multi-location setup, or the branded app process) benefits from a guided walkthrough first.
- What happens if I go over my included courts or locations?
- Starter and Professional include a set number of courts (4 and 10 respectively); additional courts are billed at $5/court/month. Business includes up to 3 locations, with extra locations at $49/location/month.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade at any time as your club grows — for example moving from Starter to Professional to unlock POS, memberships and coaching tools, or to Business for your own branded app and multi-location support.
- Do all plans get a mobile app?
- Starter and Professional players use the shared CourtPOS app to book and pay. Business and Enterprise clubs get their own branded app on the App Store and Google Play. See our Mobile App page for the full breakdown.
- How does payment processing work?
- Card and online payments are typically 1.4–2.9% + a small fixed fee, depending on your payment provider and region. This is separate from your CourtPOS subscription.
- Is annual billing cheaper?
- Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free compared to paying monthly, on any plan.
