General

What is CourtPOS?
CourtPOS is all-in-one sports club management software — reservations, POS, payments, memberships, coaches, and analytics, built to work together on one platform.
What sports does CourtPOS support?
CourtPOS is built for padel, tennis, pickleball, badminton, squash, football/futsal, and multi-sport facilities. It's never positioned as padel-only, even though padel gets the deepest feature coverage today.
Can I use CourtPOS for a single court, or only larger facilities?
Both — Starter is built for a single-court operation, and the same platform scales up to Business and Enterprise for multi-court, multi-location operators.

Pricing & free trial

Is there a free trial?
Yes — Starter and Professional include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Business and Enterprise are demo-gated so we can walk you through multi-location or branded-app setup first.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue on a paid plan. Nothing is charged automatically without your confirmation.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade as your club grows, and courts or locations above your plan's included allowance are billed at the published overage rate.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes — paying annually gets you 2 months free compared to paying monthly.

Mobile app

Do all plans get their own branded app?
No — Starter and Professional players use the shared CourtPOS app. Only Business and Enterprise get a native app published under the club's own name and icon.
Do I need my own app store account?
Only if you're on Business or Enterprise and want your own branded app. Apple and Google require the club — not CourtPOS — to own that listing. We guide you through the setup.

Payments

What does payment processing cost?
Typically 1.4–2.9% + a small fixed fee, depending on your payment provider and region. This is separate from your CourtPOS subscription.
Does CourtPOS store card numbers?
No — payments are processed and tokenized by a certified payment provider. CourtPOS never stores raw card numbers.

Data & support

How does CourtPOS compare to a generic booking tool?
CourtPOS is built specifically for sports clubs — reservations, POS, payments, memberships, coaches and analytics work together on one platform, rather than being stitched together from separate booking, payment and CRM tools.
Can I export my club's data?
Yes — reports and financial data can be exported to CSV, and players or clubs can request a full data export for GDPR-aligned purposes at any time.
How do I get support?
Reach out through the Contact page and a member of the team will get back to you.
